"Our house was in need of a replacement deck, so we asked our neighbors who were having work done by Chris and Westside Homes, Inc. if they would recommend Chris. They were happy to recommend him, so we hired Chris to build the deck based on the neighbors' recommendation and on our discussions with Chris about the project and the detailed proposal that he submitted to us. The deck was quickly completed. The work was performed professionally and the costs were as proposed. We were so pleased with the completed deck that we then hired Chris to replace the woodpecker-damaged cedar siding on our house. The siding project was finished in a timely manner and as proposed and budgeted. We were so pleased with the results of both projects that we hired Chris and Westside Homes, Inc. to perform other work on our house since the completion of the first two projects.
